Salesforce Functional Consultant – Located in Makati, Manila, Philippines
We are looking for Salesforce Functional Consultant who will complement our team in bringing the company to the next level. As consultant, you are not only expected to be well-versed with Salesforce administration but understands CRM as well. You are expected to recommend measures or design solutions that will optimize Salesforce capabilities and functionalities to achieve the organization’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Work with other administrators or consultants in simple to medium complexity projects
- May perform scoping activities with onshore counterpart to determine functional requirements
- Analyze client’s business requirements and align to Salesforce.com
- Document client’s requirements from workshops, discussions or meetings
- Perform Salesforce.com configurations
- Create necessary project documentations
- Perform impact assessment
About You
- 3+ years Salesforce administration experience
- Experience in solutions using Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
- Exposure in consulting environment a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to translate business requirements to SFDC functional capabilities
- SFDC admin certification required
- SFDC Sales and / or Service Cloud certifications are good to have
- Other tasks that may be assigned
