Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant – Located Makati, Manila, Philippines
The Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant role is for experience consultant who has multiple Salesforce end-to-end implementation background. In this role, you are expected to design solutions even on complex requirements from multiple engagements. You should possess an excellent communication skills and enjoys interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders. You will work with the leadership team to drive the organization’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform scoping and estimation with onshore counterparts and / or clients
- Manage end-to-end implementation of medium to complex projects
- Perform configuration and create project documentations
- Lead other junior team members in the project
- Recommend / perform measures to improve internal processes
- Support Account Manager in presales activities
- Other tasks that may be assigned
About You
- 4+ years Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience in solutions using Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) or other related applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure in consulting environment a plus
- Experience in presales activities a plus
- Ability to design solutions even on complex requirements
- SFDC admin certification required
- SFDC Sales and / or Service Cloud certifications are good to have
